3. Mobile Phone Numbers

Providing a mobile number does not by itself enroll you in text messaging. You receive recurring service-related text messages from Sharp Performance LLC only after entering your mobile number and separately selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our public registration form. These messages may include training and event updates, appointment reminders, schedule changes, recruiting services, and customer support. This SMS program does not include marketing or promotional offers.

We do not share, sell, rent, or distribute your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all data sharing and will not be shared with any third party or affiliate.

4. Consent to Receive Messages

You may opt in to receive recurring service-related messages by:

  • Entering your mobile number on our public registration form and checking the separate, optional SMS consent box; the box is unchecked by default and registration can be completed without selecting it

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of registration, purchase, or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Reply "HELP" for help or contact us using the information below.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and maintain its confidentiality. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not share your personal data with third-party marketing companies. If we use third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling or messaging tools), they are used solely to facilitate Sharp Performance services and are subject to their own privacy policies.

7. Facebook and Instagram Messaging Data

When you message a Sharp Performance business account, we may receive the message, attachments, sender name, platform-scoped identifier, and delivery timestamp through Meta's business messaging services. We use this information only to receive, organize, and respond to customer-service and athlete-support conversations. Access is limited to authorized Sharp Performance staff. We do not use this data for independent advertising profiles and do not sell it.

8. Retention and Deletion

We retain communication history only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, athlete support, operational records, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion of data received through Facebook or Instagram by following our Data Deletion Instructions. We may retain limited information when required by law or needed to document a completed deletion request.
