Facebook and Instagram business messaging data

You may ask Sharp Performance LLC to delete personal information received through your interaction with our Facebook or Instagram business accounts.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Social Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Include your name, the Facebook or Instagram account name used to contact us, and which information you want deleted.
  3. Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify that it concerns the correct person, and delete the applicable message history, attachments, platform identifiers, and linked profile data from systems we control. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm when the work is finished.

We may keep limited records when required by law, needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or necessary to document that the deletion request was completed.
